I did a cartwheel and my toe went fully back is it dangerous or not or is it broken fractured or sprained or anything but it is swollen tiny bit bruise and so painful

you know what I don't get, I have a foot file and I pretty much soak and scrub the callouses and dried out skin off my feet twice a week, why would you wait until it gets this bad to get another to deal with it.

Dr you do a great job, please you are the Dr when you are telling them to take care of their feet tell them to buy a pan to soak them in at least once a week it does wonders, they wouldn’t have a build up of dry skin calluses. I blows my mind that people neglect their feet so badly, unreal, they aren’t even clean, some come in with toe jam, disgusting. Soaking your feet is important because most people shower therefore their feet are not soaking in the water like when in a tub therefore they get a build up of skin turns into a callus. When soaking the feet you can use rubbing alcohol, soda, vinegar, or lemon juice. Your feet will feel so wonderful refreshed you will want to soak after the first time, remember to put some moisturizer cream on after soaking. Please give it a try you will be glad you did thank me because it feels so good.
